Sorry to say this but I am so frustrated with USPS, don’t know if only the Willow Place office is the worst or all are. Don’t know why still using their services.
If I order from Amazon why do they use USPS, they have lost so many packages snd important mail.
Just tired on trying to make a point and have someone actually listen to this.
Our postal carrier from this location is not the best. There is a lot of “attitude” and she seems to not like her job very much and it carries over into customer interaction. A package that I had been waiting for was marked “delivered” but never arrived (I know because working from home I see daily mail deliveries). The package is still missing. When I tried to call this location to resolve, I was not asked any questions and volunteered information such as the tracking number. The rep on the other end of the phone was not helpful and just seemed to me that he wanted to be off of the phone. He tried to tell me that my package was delivered the day I called ( Tuesday), but I tried to explain to him that I watched the postal carrier place the mail in the mailbox and there have not been any deliveries. I’m very frustrated and would not recommend this USPS location. I don’t believe that the workers here like their jobs.
