I love at 1623 e McElroy and the who ever delivers the mail to that address continuously leaves my mail box open daily. Today on 5/5/2022 just happens to be a stormy day. My mail box was left open again and all of my mail was soaked. My son ordered some rare cars online and they just happen to be in the mail box today and now ruined! If this continues and property continues to get damaged I will press charges.

My neighbor, unfortunately, isn’t in any shape to properly clear her walkway. It iced over and she tried to clear it but got too tired as she had to chip away the ice. The person at Ramsey Illinois post office was ask to sign as a witness for a veteran so he could mail off paperwork was extremely rude and not considerate at all. He had his military ID and his driver’s License. He just need someone to verify he was the person mailing paperwork. The person at the counter was RUDE and interrupted his request several times then informed him she would not do it. Since he just moved here and it was a time sensitive piece of mail he had to drive another 30 minutes to find someone to assist him. Thanks for being so considerate!!

I want to share you my good experience with a good employee at Sully Station Post Office. His name is Adam Kave. I have been using USPS well for a long time. But two months ago, I had a delivery issue from USPS. All packages in my name were being redelivered to the original senders. I am not sure it was a system error, or someone messed up my information. So I called USPS a few times, went to visit the Sully Station post office, and made a claim, but there was no employee who was actively solving my issue.
Because of that, I lost 3 packages. But later, after contacting Adam Kave, he actively resolved my delivery issues, so I was able to find two of the three deliveries I missed.
When I called the closing last minute on Saturday to claim my delivery issue, Adam Kave got my phone. He promised to call me back after checking my issue, and he kept that promise. He called me back at that day 6pm.
The post office was closed at 2 o’clock on Saturdays, so I knew he was doing overtime for customers until late. He is a competent, sincere and responsible employee. I think Sully Station Post Office is working very faithfully and responsibly for customers as long as there is Adam Kave at Sully Station. Adam Kave is one of the best employees I have ever met while living in the United States.
I am very grateful to Adam kave and I would like to recommend him as the best staff at Sully Station Post Office.

I was in the post office st approximately 11:30 the morning. A customer was at the counter having a lengthly conversation with the post office employee about covid and the scam that is being brought about to the people. I listened for a more than 5 minutes with nothing being done to complete her transaction. There were 6 people behind me and we were all waiting. After a time I couldn’t take the conversation anymore and let them both know that I was done. I told the customer what I thought of her views, put my package (an Amazon return which didn’t require postage) on the counter and left. i didn’t get a receipt for my package and don’t know what to do. I am very upset with what I had to listen to today and feel that the employee was wrong not to have moved the conversation to the transaction. No one answers the phone so can’t get resolution either.

I am officially and thoroughly tired of my mail carrier’s refusal to deliver packages when they are due. I signed up for the USPS service called “Informed Delivery Daily Digest”. This service comes from USPS.gov and sends me email with images of the mail that I am supposed to receive the same day. It is a nice feature and I appreciate that USPS added it to their repertoire. Today I did not get any of the mail depicted on today’s email notification. I asked my local mail carrier and he said he has never heard of this service, it doesn’t exist, it must be some private service, and there was no other mail for me today. I tried to show him some samples of these notifications but he insisted that this is not a USPS feature.
He is incorrect. You may want to show him the feature. He has been here for so many years so if he doesn’t know about this, then surely other carriers don’t know either.
1. I am missing my mail from today. There were bills and checks that have not arrived. Hopefully they will arrive tomorrow.
2. I quite often receive mail from neighbors (which I just deliver to them). I wonder if my mail was misdelivered.
This is a stressful time but it will help if your carriers are aware of the services offered and if they deliver to the correct address. Let’s all try to get back to normal.

We have not had mail delivered to our complex in over 1 week,I overheard one of our neighbors saying that the mail carrier has not been able to open the mailboxes with the postoffice key
So can this be checked into please

you called 503-887-8118 re a package delivered to Athena with my phone number on it. I am expecting several packages, one of which is from England. My box # 354, Athena. Sorry I missed the call and now no mail till Tuesday. Please hold the package until I can see if it is one I am waiting for. Sure don’t know why there is not a correct address on it. I try to be very vigilant about that.

Our packages were stolen from our porch, ripped apart, and left in the street. I work 9-5, so I cannot come to the post office in person, but the mail was sent via priority mail and I would like to make a claim for a stolen package/mail. I would also like to request that the mail carrier not leave packages on our doorstep, as they have been stolen multiple times now. Please let me know what I need to do to accomplish this.

The tenant who now lives in my old apartment returned all my correspondence to the postman. I have been attempting to track a $100 gift package for three weeks with no resolution.
HQ USPS was able to inform me it appears my package was last at Mary Alice Henry Post Office 4222 W Madison St. I have tried calling for two days and the phone rings without an answer and then disconnects.
The recepient was never left a notice – and the Amazon tracking says to contact USPS.
The last information USPS was able to give was that Mary Alice Henry Post Office 4222 W Madison St designated package wasn’t available for delivery and despite the tickets they’ve sent in for it to be resolved the response has been “in progress” – the package has not been returned to the seller either.
I need to either find this package or receive full reimbursement for theft by USPS.

I had recently been contacted by someone (I think it was Ally/Allison?) regarding me not receiving forwarded mail from my old address. It seems my old mail is still being delivered to my old address.
This package CH096290655US was sent from Creekside rd. post office on April 13 by Mr. Hillel Mintz the owner of Masada goods in Santa Clarita. It was sent to my address in Israel – Erik Fogel Shoval 35 st Alfei – Menashe 4485100 ISR. I don’t know what happened, this package return back to Masada goods in Santa Clarita!!
