They do not care at all about their customers. Bought their packaging to mail 3 expensive books. Girl behind counter took the package away before I had a chance to insure it. They mangled the package – one of three books actually arrived at its destination only after I filed a lost claim – it was re-wrapped in cellophane and destroyed beyond use. I will never use them again and will be taking all my business elsewhere. They do not even care – the local postmaster just hung up on me.
