I have tried to call the Post office directly and they do not take any calls to deal with issues . Since I cannot get confirmation from the Post office or any accountability as to when the payments arrive at the Post office box, the reoccurring late fees are adding up . Even when I send it on the First of the month it still does not get to the PO Box until 14 days . That is too long and there is a problem with Delayed Delivery from the Post office as the Town of Welaka has a problem and there has been too many missing payments and late payments . This town is the only account that I have trouble with so there is definitely something wrong in this town and the connection with the mail .
