Our service is not satisfactory. We are in a rural area and mail is seldom delivered correctly. Informed delivery exposes problems, for instance when mail pictured isn’t delivered for 2 additional weeks!
I sent a package containing a cell phone to my son with a learning disability from Huntsville, Alabama to Waxahachie, Texas by Priority Mail. It was scanned as “out for delivery” to the driver in Waxahachie, but never scanned as received nor received by my son per the USPS Tracking website. I have received virtually no information with regards to what happed to the package from the USPS after calling the Waxahachie Post Office many times with no one answering the phone. I even submitted several inquiries with with case numbers no additional information. I believe the driver either stole it or was not taking proper care of his mail for the day and someone else stole it. There appears to be no accountability for missing packages by the USPS. The USPS website is not very user friendly as well and keeps bringing you around to the same information when you try to get addition info. I am not happy with the Waxahachie Post Office and would rate them at the very bottom of the pack with regards to customer support! Someone needs to investigate this facility after reading all the negative comments on line!
