Urbandale Post Office Reviews

  1. I had mailed some very important legal documents certified, restricted delivery, with a request for a signature confirmation. When the signature confirmation was sent to me it had been signed by someone else meaning they gave the documents to that person which contained personal information such as social security number, bank account information, addresses, and more. I had to resend the documents again, and that time I was later informed that the delivery person once again gave my documents to the wrong person, and actually had that person forge the correct name on the signature confirmation. I was informed of this after I had already submitted the signature confirmation to the court as evidence the recipients identity was confirmed, and to prove they did receive the documents. I’m very unhappy with the negligence and disregard exhibited. The result of this has already caused extra time and money, and who knows what will happen once I tell the court about the forged signature confirmation.

  2. Twice now I have been in this post office and seen the same employee – I do not know her name- dark curly hair and bigger in stature – she is working as I type this @ 2:38 pm on Jan 3rd- being outwardly frustrated and raising her voice at someone who did not speak English as their first language. The first time was awful but luckily a bystander stepped in to translate and this time they told her multiple times they only were sending books and she kept raising her voice and repeating are their liquids and showing aggregation in her voice and body language. It was horrible behavior and she should not be working with the public.
