My package has been circulating from Indianapolis, In Distribution Center back to Southbend, IN for 2 weeks for delivery to Grand Rapids, MI. I called an talked to who says he was the manager, Ayodeji and he told me I had to have patience and understanding… I told him that’s not how you deal with customers and that was rude. He said, “It happens and I just have to wait for it to cycle like this for two or three times and they may return it to me.” Awful manager
