I can never get Selbyville Delaware post office on the phone
I mailed two packages from the Selbyville PO. Now, I admit on one package I transposed the numbers on the zip code. It’s been a week. I have checked the tracking numbers for the last 3-4 days and both said in transit. The second package with all correct info was sent to Massachusetts?!
When I called the post office to inquire about said packages, I spoke to a worker who was abrupt, rude and condescending. I readily admitted to writing the incorrect zip code on one package. Which in turn she kept harping on, I admitted my error. Instead of getting the help I needed, I was told well now we have all these phones and such where you can get the info and the tracking info. My reply, I understand that. I am just trying to get info on my packages that is not available to me on the tracking site. Doesn’t the Post Office have a set of checks and balances? Her response that’s why we have all this computer access you can use. So, I guess she didn’t want to do her job.
I will never mail a package from this post office, ever again – rude workers, inadequately supplied with mailing boxes, labels, envelopes and prone to too many errors.
