Watch out for Tom in the passport department! He was a real jerk to my wife! She had called the post office to ask about getting her passport renewed. A lady had told her to come by to pick up an application and set up an appointment. So she did! Little did she know the appointment was only for the post office to charge her to take her picture. She already had a picture that she obtained from Walgreens. Tom got mad at her for that and chewed on her for making the appointment that the post office lady had told her to make. Since he was mad and that she didn’t have her picture made there, he refused help her with a question she had on the application. He sent her packing with no help and very upset! So basically, don’t go to the post office and see Tom if you have any questions or if you already have a passport photo for a renewal! You day will be ruined!
