the mail carriers in the norristown area is always mixing up my mail with my neighbors, they end up with mine or i end up with theirs. so frustrating, the mail is labeled correctly they are just not paying attention. they are on personal calls chatting & not focused on what they are doing. how hard is it to match the mail to the correct house. i appreciate what they do, but i cant appreciate when they are delivering my personal mail to another house that i may never get back.
Ben our carrier is skipping homes and not delivering our first class mail per USPS informed delivery service. We have videos of him driving by on a regular basis not stopping at any of the 18 homes. When stopped and questioned he said he hated his job and that packages have priorty over first class mail. Our bills are late, important notices not received on time. This is unacceptable poor service. Ben should quit.
