The employees are rude; they don’t have any customer service whatsoever. We are not receiving mail, and then when you call the station, they give you same excuse: “We have a carrier on that route,” or “Someone will be bringing it tomorrow.” I guess “tomorrow” never came because we are still waiting on our mail. Also, if you go to the station and ask for mail, they tell you that they no longer give mail out over the counter. I understand that COVID-19 has changed A LOT of things, but this is absolutely absurd that we can’t get our mail. We have bills to pay, but the bills aren’t coming because the mail carrier isn’t passing. Such a disgrace.
