Repeatedly receive poor service here. Employees act like you’re bothering them whenever you are shipping a PKG. Rudeness prevails.
I would like to know who the District Supervisor is please
I dont think I have ever seen such Unhappy post office clerks in my life! I’ve lived in 4 states in my adult years and use them for a PO BOX and have used them for business mailing as well. I don’t understand it at all. They have a full time jobs when jobs are scarce and they are in Customer Service. If they’re so unhappy why don’t they ask for a duty behind the line? We have had trouble with them also because we can’t get our packages through USPS to deliver to our HOME address in Apple Valley. They literally ARGUED with BOTH of us on separate occasions about this. Some companies don’t deliver FEDEX or UPS. So we have had packages that we have Paid for turned back by this post office in Hurricane several times. And they even have our forwarding info with the street address and always have. We are more frustrated every day! When you walk in to get help, they don’t even Greet you and it looks like we are bothering them. I’ve just Never seen it before. If they don’t like the job or are having troubles at home, well, they need to fix it ir let someone that wants the job work there!
