Hello,
We live in a cul de sac in the Beaver Colony neighborhood. Our mail as well as 4 of our neighbors on the cul de sac have ongoing problems with mail delivered to the wrong address.. Today, for instance, I was handed 4 pieces of mail, important documents, from my neighbor who received them in error. I went to my mailbox and there was a Time Magazine addressed to my neighbor on the other side of our house. This has been happening so often, it has become a neighborhood joke. Since I refrain from on line bill paying, I rely on a reliable USPS delivery system and I am deeply concerned that important Medicare or SSA information for my wife and I get delivered to the wrong location. We have also stopped putting outgoing mail in the box for fear bill payments won’t arrive.
We would greatly appreciate if you can look into some training for our carrier so these mistakes can be eliminated.
Thanks
Hire someone who can put the mail in the right box. You’ve got one job. This ain’t rocket science.
Y’all have terrible service we haven’t received mail in three weeks
