I have lived at 12 Baywood Court for 16 years. The past two-three months our letter carrier has made ruts in our grass by the curb. Please ask them to refrain from getting in our grass when they can stay in the steet. This has just begun to be a problem.

Chapin post office is terrible. I have seen many complaints and didn’t ever really have a problem until recently. I receive an email from the postal service showing the mail I should receive that day. I have gotten this email, showing mail I should receive, for the last three days, but I have received NO mail on any of the last three days! I put a letter to be mailed in my box last week with the flag up, all the carrier did was put my mail for that day on top of it. This is totally unacceptable. What can be done or who do I need to contact?
