Burnside postal people are the most incompetent people. They sit in the driveway honk their horn and wait to see if someone is going to come get a package that they are paid to deliver. Filed a complaint, when the local postmaster calls and gives so many excuses. It’s regulations, that is crap! 3-5 minutes honking is no way is this a regulation to wait till the customer comes to retrieve their package. Postmaster tried, do you have pets, driveway too long, that’s regulation. And they lied and said they didn’t do that.
