Very concerned with not able to get anyone to answer the phones. I work for DFPS on University Street and have complained about our mail not getting picked up. Friday was just another example of the mail not picked up. Who do we call? How can we get answers and the mail picked up??????
Very concerned customer we have been calling the Wharton post office for three days and the phone line has been busy for the operator to receive help the one time that we did get through the operator confirmed that our package was in Houston with African the 800 number we were we were told that was incorrect at this point in time we do not have a vehicle to reach to come up there and reach you can you please have someone contact me via email regarding this is this is very unprofessional thank you.
