Worst of the worst!! Lazy carriers don’t deliver anything that’s not right in front of them in their tray. MANY times have to make them go back to find my package. Always there, even though they initially deny. NEVER deliver anything certified…. Never….. say no one home…. Doesn’t need a signature, but again too lazy to look past their face. Medications…. Missing … often…. Even though informed delivery says they are at post office.. hmmm. Stolen medications!!!! Carrier allowed his truck to be left open and thousands of dollars of packages stolen out of truck. My grandkids lost over $500 of presents. Insured.. but not against theft off a truck. Yep. But the worst is their front counter clerks…. Especially one named Xander. This WORST, RUDEST ass I’ve ever come across in any customer service position. Told me very clearly, while laughing at my situation , he doesn’t care… he’s union and can NEVER be fired. Well I’m not going to give up until he is.
