I would like to commend Patrick Jones for going above and beyond to help me find my unstamped mail. He was helpful and cheerful too. Another employee (a lady) helped me out on the phone and looked for me also I did not get her name. I was so grateful I know this is such a busy time of year and they did not hesitate to assist me.
Why is there no mail delivery on Feb 3 & 4 in Watauga? What happened to “neither snow nor rain nor gloom of night stay these carriers from their appointed rounds”.
Post Office is a disgrace these days. I was a mail carrier in NYC in the 70’s and we always delivered in the snow. You guys are pathetic.
