This is in regards to Mt. Oliver Post Office in PIttsburgh PA 15210. They advertise FREE pickup of return packages. This is false advertisement in my opinion. On several occasions, I scheduled a pickup on a day that was listed as available. Received a confirmation # and the package was never picked up. WHY I ASK? On several occasions I rescheduled the same package to be picked up and package still remains in my possession. WHY I ASK. Going forward, I will research before I order online as to WHO might be the delivery option and trust me if it is the USPS, I will go elsewhere for my ordering. NO customer service is provided especially to the elderly.
