Kissimmee Post Office Reviews

I have tried numerous times to call this post office. They refuse to answer their phone. There is no way to get in touch with anyone there except to show up in person, wait in line, request to speak with a supervisor, then wait even longer. I have complained many times about the mail carrier stuffing our small mailbox so full of packages that I literally cannot get my mail out without tugging and pulling and usually tearing the package. I had a book – a BOOK – delivered the other day. It was stuffed in so tightly, along with another package and the mail in envelopes, plus all the junk, oversized post cards, I couldn’t get the mail out without ripping the package the book was in to make it smaller so the mail would finally come out. I am so angry about the way our mail is mishandled and then, to add insult to injury, no one will answer the phone when you call the post office. How on earth are they getting away with that??
