SAME OLD STORY, SOME OF THE CARRIERS REFUSE TO SCAN ACCEPTANCE OF PACKAGES AT PICKUP AT OUR MAILBOX, WHEN WILL THEY GET A WRITE-UP FOR REFUSING TO DO THEIR JOB!! PROBABLY NEVER BECAUSE YOU KNOW, IT’S A GOVERNMENT JOB WITH NO CONSEQUENCES.
Postmaster please inform your carriers that it is their job to scan packages at pickup, some on our route do but others seem to be to lazy to do the job as required and are always in a big hurry, I’ve had packages lost due to this because they never enter the “system”
I would like to know why is it that I’m not getting some of my packages? There has been A few different times that if I hadn’t seen the mail carrier that I wouldn’t have got my package, cuz once he sees me that’s when he”ll hand me my package. He doesn’t leave A package receipt in my mailbox & plus the package fits inside my mailbox & he doesn’t put it in there. Can I get some help about this problem, PLEASE?
