    Joe Pool is the Worst!!!
    No common courtesy—lack commitment to the community— yet the make myriads of errors that are rarely reported

    We get other peoples mail in our box several times a week yesterday my husband found two letters in the yard that belong to someone else and they were wet from the rain

    Some years ago we had several services interrupted due to jail pools lack of sending us our bills

    I noticed that someone complained about us not getting our advertisements at one point /-when I called I was told that they no longer deliver them but we could them up from the station -later I found that to be to the contrary!!

    Last year about this time I mailed the neighbor across the street a little birthday card book it had own Colorful envelope …4 fun birthday surprise…

    Ive mailed those little booklets for years no problem /—Joe pool carrier placed a notice in her box for additional Postage ..she didn’t know what it was …left $ in mailbox

    P O Called tiny book card a PACKAGE ????Really????
    they took money but did not deliver it //- after two weeks she went and picked it up— I reimbursed her

    Once we sent a get well card to someone who was in the hospital it was returned two weeks later —-No forwarding address“

    Another time we sent a sympathy card the same thing happened…

    About a year 1/2 I sent a sympathy card to a friend whose mother had passed… this one is unfathomable ….
    Returned 9 months later… “NO FORWARDING address “
    Again ??? Which my friend Disputed
    I have a photo of a copy of it —-dirty dusty and you could see where something has been sitting on it
    I was embarrassed/angry…
    I went out and Made some “goodwill”purchases for the lady and her family…and I took them to North Dallas ..

    For years most of our mail has been delivered at night..or dusk

    Lived here more than 40 years I could go on and on …

    I’ve had several friends and relatives who just recently had birthdays
    I bought cards /but I didn’t send them I knew they wouldn’t get them

    so I just-sent texts
    to validate my suspicion—-neighbor recently had a birthday -her nieces and nephews from four different states sent cards/—she did not get one—was she surprised?

    Yesterday I had to mail a letter -I just took it to De Soto…

    but the most recent faux pas …

    COPY of letter … Pool won’t answer telephone—— automated// informs you that if you choose to hold- it will take an hour or more!!???

    Dear Joe Pool Postal services

    Almost 2 weeks ago we took a package to the Joe pool service station in Dallas Hampton 75232

    The package was to be delivered to an apartment

    A female agent looked up and verified the physical address

    3-5 days later pkg was returned to us /it address insufficient

    Postal worker verified address remember? the physical address was correct -the apartment number was backwards.

    /husband took it back up to Joe Pool 5521 S Hampton Rd and personnel refused to take it Unless we paid Almost $10. again to resend.

    Indicated that that pkg could be resent without additional fee once Apartment number was corrected

    2 Should have been taken to apartment office
    Surely carrier would not leave it on the porch due to crime—after all—-
    verification has been made that the Intended recipient is a resident.
    4. TheApartment personnel may place a “pick up package request in the resident’s mailbox or vice versa
    5. We all make mistakes who should know better than you…
    6. we are all citizens experiencing this pandemic —which makes things a little more difficult. just as you have your reasons for automated messages on the line and not taking our calls at the post office //Explaining your not not delivering on time and other slow down factors /Etc – due to the virus hopefully you understand that we also make errors —should be more lenient due to the pandemic

    At least this is what you stayed on your automated voicemail

    Due to Covid -19 is not recommended for citizens to visit residents…

    I. am a senior citizen/I do not drive. I would be most appreciative if you would re-send the little girl’s back to school gift package without additional money I don’t have… cannot pay—

On Aug. 1 ,2020, Saturday the post carrier put my packages and mail in the wrong mailbox and this poster woman been putting my mail and package in the wrong mailbox, I live in the Oak Cliff area code 75224, this is a ongoing problem with this woman working this area code 75224, she be on her ear phone talking and not playing attention where she putting people mail and packages, for 3 weeks I had to go put up my packages, but she scan my packages like it been put into my mailbox and the packages not in the mailbox they are in someone else mailbox, my wife had to go out to catch the post woman to let her know our packages was not in our mailbox on 08/01/2020, she came back to the mailbox and she had put in someone else mailbox then she say I am sorry, this post mail carrier need to be remove from delivery mail in this area code 75224, she are giving away people packages that the pay money to have packages ship to them, please remove this mail carrier from this area code 75224

  3. I had 5 Express packages one a month same time every month fail i had to go pick up. On yesterday i had a package not delivered it scan say no access delivery i live in a house once i emailed a complaint one hour later i get alert say carrier lost package are you serious !!!! This Joe Pool Station is the worst in Dallas

  4. Why are these workers not being held accountable for the appalling work ethics here? They are giving other hard working postal service men and women a bad reputation and shame on them in doing so as well as the Postal community for allowing employees line these to facilitate their offices. A package I mailed out is still somewhere missing, out for delivery but never scanned??? It’s time to investigate this location because there are one too many erroneously mistakes and missing packages arising here. Time for the mail recipients to participate in this boycott here!

  5. I reside in zip code 75232 area code. For several months we have not received our weekly sales papers. I’m sure the businesses, who are advertising, would be displeased with this practice. We certainly are. This negligent practice also occurred the previous year. We called and whomever we spoke to said the postman was no longer required to deliver… and invited us to come to the station and pick them us / as did some of the other residents. We made a trip to the station. A supervisor informed us that the information was not true and assured us that the advertisements would be delivered….Oh well…..? Another problem that we’ve been having with JOE POOLS delivery is the SCHEDULE. We received mail anytime from 11:00 am to 6:00 + p.m. OH YES REALLY! I’m certain that JOE POOL has been informed —- due to the fact that we are not the only ones who receive mail! We would appreciate it JOE POOL If you would DO The JOB for which you are paid! You MOTTO use to proudly assert. THE MAIL MUST GO THROUGH!!! ” NEITHER RAIN, NOR SNOW, NOR GLOOM OF NIGHT, SHALL KEEP US FROM OUR APPOINTED ROUNDS”. This may not be a direct quote, but it’s close.
    PLEASE HONORCTHIS… deliver the mail–And deliver it on a routine SCHEDULE—and while I’m at it— please place it in the box that it is addressed to. You commitment to this SERVICE will be greatly appreciated.

    1. Joe Pool station carriers in my zip code 75232 aren’t delivering mail to the correct addresses.my mail is being left at neighbors homes and I have been receiving theirs Neighbors don’t need to know or see each others personal mail contacts info.
      I receive mail a week later than I should according to stamped post mark on incoming mail. Two days at end of week didn’t get any mail delivery then Monday of next week received several letters that should have been received the week before according to post Mark’s from senders. This is a problem it’s causing delays of personal business issues !!! Large mail envelopes are received torn and crumpled on edges exposing contents pages inside .
      Carriers dressed casual looks as though they are on personal business hanging out in the neighborhood streets with ear phones plugged in their ears walking around .
      These issues need attention from managers/supervisors. Everyone’s mail is important to them and are depending on the Post Office to deliver timely and correctly and hopefully before 5:30 and 6:00 PM as has been occurring.
      Hasn’t been this way always but is happening frequently this year , tried calling phone number listed for post office but no one answers when prompted to remain on line to speak to a representative
