4-7-23: Since Dec. 2022 I’ve come to your location, spoken to your P.O. Mngr 3 times, (each time waiting 35 – 50 min). monthly, – for 2 years now we continually experience misdelivered mail – which we Never receieve.
You Return Bills – which We should receive (*& never do) to the Senders with Fake P.O. Excuses why you supposedly Can*Not Deliver.
Example. Our Water Bill from a CA. Water Co. Had to call them today-Billing Dept told me what Your Post Office has been doing-so We do Not get their Bills!
They mailed us *4 bills – we received ONE-today. It is now *Delinquent because *Your Cedar Elm Location Post Office wrote *Fake Excuses on the Bills Envelopes and *Returned them to our water Co. in CA! ! What is going on?
Bill mailed in Ca. 2 us here, TX in Jan. Your Excuse written on Envelope: ” Temporarily Away” ** What? We Live Here & You know it.
