Waiting in line to purchase stamps. 2 people working the counter with a line of about 5 people. Customer finishes transaction and man walks through door and starts talking to man behind counter. Again about 5 people in line and they just stand there talking away. Once they finish talking the guy walks out and the mail guy closes his register! WOW great customer service huh?
I have lived in the Allen Forest area for 20 years now and it has become very apparent that the mail delivery service has completely dropped the ball on us. I receive mail that has been with you for three weeks and a lot of this is very important medical paperwork and appointments, not to mention endless days of no mail delivery at all. I have spoken to others in the area to confirm that it’s not just my mail not being delivered ( lost ) or thrown away by replacement drivers that do not fulfill their duties or are just lazy.
I just wish someone would actually take this matter serious enough to look into rather than
Just pass it down the endless chain of command to which it will undoubtedly be discarded.
Respectfully
John . C.
I do not recommend this post office. They refused to refund a letter they failed to deliver properly twice! I had to go to the post office 5-6 times trying to find the missing letter and mailing it a second time and it still not get delivered properly. The least they could have done was give a refund considering their incompetence resulted in the wasting of my time and wasting of fuel having to drive back multiple times. Will never mail from here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I was told they do not give refunds when they fail to do their job. When paying for a service it is expected to be done or if the service is incomplete it is expected to be refunded. Poor service and failure of the supervisor to take responsibility for their error.
