Worst Post Office ever! Our mailman refuses to deliver packages because he doesn’t want to get out of his truck. He picks and chooses which people are in compliance even if all the mailboxes are the same. And they don’t care about people with disabilities. Zero Stars!
I was in line for 45 minutes, and there was just one person working. People tried to notify her that the limo was all the way down to the other end, and her rest was, “I know. It’s always like that.” The Branch Mgr. opened his door once when someone knocked, but her referred her elsewhere and closed his dot. No attempt to offer help. My transaction took less than two minutes. This branch is so poorly run!
Called & asked about a letter getting stuck in the box in front of the P.O. & the woman said no way can it get stuck . I know it can get stuck on edges , not that it did , but just maybe she could have checked , but of course that would be too much trouble for her . I used to work for P.O. so I know she should have checked for me . LAZY !!!!
