We receive our mail at 16420 N. 92nd St., #E226 under Pinnacle Insurance Consultants. We have not received one stitch of mail in 3 days and this never happens. I have tried calling you and constantly get disconnected. This is an insurance business that relies on insurance service to our customers and payments. It is imperative we receive our mail. Can someone please check into this and call us back at 480-585-9770.

The most incompetent post office branch; never experienced this anywhere else…within 10 days, they lost 2 packages, after they claimed it was too oversized and that they couldn’t fit it into the mailbox…? It’s a bookcase, it would not fit into a mailbox. They were asked deliver it twice. I called the 800 # and they were inept. Wasted part of my life hearing them tell me that it will be delivered when they ‘lost’ it .
I called the seller. He sent a replacement package and it was delivered somewhere besides my address. I have to now go to the branch and file 2 insurance claims on 2 packages each for $250. I have nothing to say about this operation. Where are my packages? Were they stolen? It makes me wonder…
Talking with neighbors, and seeing on the internet that this specific branch has a lot of problems with missing packages, some including Medications!!
Please don’t patronize this branch ever. Please go a little further and go to the one off Pima and Via Ventura. They are the best!
Horrible delivery service-packages marked “delivered” that are nowhere, bad attitudes from carriers and post office personnel when you try to find them, very rarely answer phones, tell you they’ll call you back but never do…a constant nightmare!
