I wanted to mail a package, checked price online, $22.80, went to this Po and it was $70+ dollar. They said “it’s a big box”. I researched that evening and discovered if a PKG is 15+” it ups the price, alot. I repackaged my item assure it was 15″, went back to po. Expecting $22.80. now price was $40+. “It 15 1/2″. I went to the kiosk in the Po, put it on the scale which has a ruler, it was 15”. I ask them to come look, 2 employees refused. Went to another post office and shipped my 15″ PKG for $22.80 with no problem. Horrible service at river Ave. Will never go there again.
