They refuse to deliver home mail to city residents, like if you live half a mile away. They force you to pay for a PO Box even though the USPS website says they have to make a PO Box free if they refuse to deliver for no valid reason. They will not give any official reason. They blame it on Ridgefield, WA City Hall, but the mayor’s office just refers you back to the post office. Total run-around. Can’t find any RCW laws as to the post office not having a duty to deliver. I wonder why City Hall doesn’t care.
