Poulsbo Post Office Reviews

  1. I don’t know if this is the right place for this request, but I couldn’t find any other place for it.

I’m at 10538 Central Valley Rd, NE; Poulsbo. Our mailbox is across the Central Valley and cars are going well over the speed limit on Central Valley. As senior citizens, it’s hard to get across traffic to our mailbox and we do not feel safe. I know there is an elderly couple north of us that barely have the mobility to cross Central Valley to get their mail and it would be most helpful to them as well. I would like to request that our box be moved to our side of the street. Just one house down from us and clear to Highway 303, the boxes are on our side of the street.

It would be a whole lot safer for us, and the other seniors on our side of the road, to have our boxes moved to the east side of Central Valley.

    Thank you,
    Tanya Book

  2. Tracking information is wrong. That will not investigate for more than 3 hours even though the guy got the package and now I can’t get paid because it says return to sender… which it’s not! And I call over and over.. no answer..

  3. I live at the Viking Crest condos and have not received my packages for several months now. The shipper omits the Apt # when shipping eventhough it was included at time of order. My last package was at the Poulsbo WA post office on May 18 but then stamped insufficient address due to omission of the Apt # and is now is Philadelphia… I did a Google search on my name and address and within 2 seconds I had the Apt # as well as my complete address including Apt # is in the USPS database. Does your sorting room have a computer? If not they need one. In today’s electronic world there is no reason to stamp insufficient address as the correct information is at your fingertips with an online search. I also have called this post office local number and each time after several rings I was disconnected. I see why your yelp rating is a 2. I work for a government agency myself and know folks attitude toward gov at times… your post office needs to get with the 21 century… and needs an overall if management as its quite obvious things are not running smoothly if you can’t deliver packages without taking 2 seconds to correct an address or even the ability to pick up the phone. If you’re not going to pick up the phone at a minimum let citizens leave a voice mail… if things don’t prove I will be continuing with complaints at a higher level as your service is unacceptable and needs a huge level of improvement…

  4. May 7 2020 8:30 AM. Only one of the three workers at the counter was wearing a mask. One had her mask hanging loosely around her neck and the other had her mask resting below her nose and only partially tied.
