Plain City OH route: Consistently VERY poor service started with current assigned driver – MANY occasions of mail delivered to wrong addresses (including prescription meds!), package overlooked in truck till questioned by resident waiting at streetside, observations of driver backtracking around neighborhood to put mail in boxes missed on initial pass, mail delivered to addresses with travel hold requests entered online, yesterday’s mail delivered this morning (so when will today’s mail arrive???)…seems there is a HUGE sorting problem so mail is not organized either by address or by most logical route for delivery. Seems likely that driver does no address checks when depositing mail and has no clue packages are in vehicle or mail is on hold. Only 7 – SEVEN streets in neighborhood! How much easier can it get? I want my original deliveryman again!
