Parkville Post Office Reviews

  1. I have a package that was “Out for Delivery” on January 27. Today is February 5 and when I track it, the message “awaiting scan” is given.
I filled out the form the post office has and just received an email saying my issue has been resolved!!! Told me the exact thing I already know from tracking it. They are “doing everything possible to locate it”. I am supposed to get the sender to file a claim at usps. This will be the 4th package thas somehow gone missing. I was told one package was delivered to the wrong address and they could not get it back, 3 others, no one knows where they went.
I questioned a carrier who literally swore to god that he put it in my box, 2 days later a kind neighbor brought it to me. Asked another carrrier about a package and watched him walk accross the street and take MY package off the neighbors porch where he left it 3 hours ago. Lucky for me, they hadn’t taken it in.
Never got mail yesterday, got mail today, all junk.
Never got the 1099 I need to do my taxes, same thing last year.
No one on my street got a property tax bill last July, and we were missing water bills for 3 months.
No amount of complaining does any good, every excuse is given. We keep being told we don’t have a regular carrier, and somehow that is just our problem.
I am able to pay my bills online, my neighbor does not have a computer and relies on paper bill coming. I have stopped ordering anything that comes through the post office, but sometimes when you order from Amazon, it does go though the mail and you have to just cross your fingers. The item I am currently missing is one of those.

  2. Tired of not getting mail. Had where I was getting mail for June10,11, and 12. Nothing. Service here is getting ridiculous. Something needs to be done now.

  3. 3 packages have now gone missing. One I was reimbursed for, one was a handmade item that was irreplacable and the third one I am STILL waiting for the form to fill out for reimbursement. No mail, wrong mail, misdelivered mail and packages, packages delivered and not scanned, left in the rain, carriers with no mailbag, mail seldom received on Saturdays, Informed Delivery of no use whatsoever. Ms. Gillian, at Parkville, vowed to “straighten out the problems”, but as been as ineffective as the last 3 managers.
Phone number activated after many complaints and meetings with Linda Malone, area supervisor, was supposed to go directly to Parkville and be answered. Multiple calls to this number, DO NOT go to Parkville, but to a customer service line. Now, things getting worse with the appointment of Louis Dejoy. Hard to believe it could get worse!!
