I was given a notice to pick up my pkg at the Northview Annex location. I went the very next day to retrieve my pkg and it was no where to be found. An older gentleman made a copy of my notice and took my number down and said he would call me back as soon as he finds out what the carrier did with it. It has been 3 days and I have not received a call back. I tried calling them several times but no one ever picks up the phone. I don’t understand how they can misplace a pkg!! Is anyone there even held accountable for their actions/inactions??
Northglenn Annex Post Office sucks. My package is being held hostage. No one EVER answers the phone and the front door has been locked for the last two days. Finally my husband went around to the back of the Annex and found some workers, but they told him to go away and wouldn’t give him the package. So now what?!
