We came for a first time passport application on September 28, 2022, the Hurricane Ian was close to hit Florida and we went early since it took over a month to get the appointment, no one was there the whole morning before us for a passport appointment (that was scheduled for 10.45am) and although the weather was getting worse by the minute they didn’t allowed us to process the passport until the appointment time and with a Getto attitude, the clerk refused us the right to speak to a supervisor. Dominated by rude attitude, lack of logic, understanding, and with a lot of time and people” tax money to waist, these employee (mostly women) take their very slow time to serve the public. This place needs to be better supervised, to serve better and more rightfully the people.
