I have a problem with this post office about a package that were to be delivered on February 10 to my daughter in Miami FL. That has been sitting there since the 8 of February saying pending. I have made complaints after complaints and it’s still sitting there. It never been processed or anything. These people’s tell me wait until the 14 it will be delivered but the 14 is gone and today is the 15. What kind of Post office that don’t deliver people’s package. Now they tell me wait to the 17. I need some one at this post office to get in touch with me about my daughter package. This is going to be the last time I try to get my daughter package before I get with my lawyer and I inter affairs about my issue with this post office. From last week until now I do not know the whereabouts of 4 of my packages. They have been meant to be delivered to 33166-2168 however this warehouse (APG Global) has not received any of the packages. The tracking numbers show that they have been held at the Milam Dairy Post Office for pickup, however the warehouse does not do pickup because there is an understanding between APG and the Post Office to deliver all packages.
My questions are: where are my packages?? Why is the post office holding my packages instead of delivering them? Why is no one answering the phone at the post office every time I call?
