Not much good help (depend on mood of worker), long waits and lots of excuses as to why u wont be getn ur mail. This location seem to permit package to “disappear” (theft or trash or intentinal misplace). Does seem clean (swept and mop). Regular mail or very small packages tend to make my mailbox/home. Most of my packages larger than 8″×10″ do not. The carrier lies; email tracking show carrier msg “left at door/porch half time im home no one came to this door nor threw anything up at door. have gone to brady ave found (some) packages there ( not my door) when worker was kind enough to look. Other workers dont want to check say it on truck now go home, still dont get package.
