I have called to complain about the mail carrier on my route. The mail carrier wrote inside of my mail box with a silver metallic permanent marker. To remind herself to forward the previous owners mail. After that phone call I have not received any of my mail.
First, let me say the actual carriers have been fantastic. However, whoever is the supervisor of the Lawrenceville Carrier Annex, and her name is elusive, is not at all interested in even a modicum of customer service. It is also difficult to obtain any kind of cooperation from her and she does not seem to have a grasp of even rudimentary business practices.
