My husband and I are Jefferson Park residents and we have recently been experiencing a lack of mail, even though the USPS Informed Delivery notifications alert us to mail arriving ‘soon’, but nothing arrives. I have tried phoning the Jefferson Park post office location directly at (773) 736-1672 as indicated on this web page, but there is no answer. Is all ok? We’re admittedly thinking back to recent stories in the local news about mail being discarded on purpose, and found in trash, being burned, etc., and we’d truly hate to think this behavior may be also going on in our area. I sincerely hope that these delays are temporary, and that everything will be back to normal soon. Thank you.
