Fort Lowell Post Office Reviews

  1. I live at 6101 E.BellevueSt. Apt.121-C since 2017 and did not move out.Now I got a form as if my apartment is vacant. It was my relative who moved out.I need to get my mail on a regular basis as it was before.Do not kick me out.Serafima Lyakhovetskaya

  2. Absolutely the worst Post Office In Tucson. Someone should investigate whoever is in charge of the facility and demand that they provide telephone access for people that are disabled or out of town. In fact, I think that a case can be made to sue them for non-compliance with the American Disabilities Act, (ADA). In fact, I am going to look into this. The telephone number is always busy, and it doesn’t matter if it is 2am in the morning. These lazy government workers simply leave the telephone off the hook. And please don’t think that it has anything to do with the pandemic as this has been a long time problem.

  3. TRying to check on a package while out of town from Fedex and then to post office. Had mail delivery held so hope it is there. Phone always has a busy signal. Held mail needs to be delivered a day later- I misunderstood Held through date- I thought through meant that date and delivered next day. No way to change online – no answer at PO – no email. I hope my package is not stolen or ruined. I really need to know it is safe before I ask someone to drive an hour to check and put in my house

  4. Fort Lowell Post Office. Your mail carrier DOES NOT pick up my mail to go out from my mail receptacle at 4852 N. Territory Loop, Tucson, AZ 85750 (Fairfield Townhomes). WHAT’S UP?

    1. Try placing the outgoing mail as close as possible to the back of the box. Sometimes we cannot see it if it is not visible from the back. 🙂 Have a great day!

  5. I have called the 520 290-9718 number six times over two days and no one ever answers. I filed a change of address form on line on MAY 15th. I have a confirmation number for that and received emails that it was to happen. My neighbor found a turquoise card in the box saying “This house is vacant” and that I needed to contact the post office to let them know who should receive the mail. The mail should be forwarded to the address given. I would like I response to find out why this card was left in the box and why I am not receiving forwarded mail. I DO NOT need or want an advertisement in my box telling people the house is vacant. The post office should be able to keep track of this without leaving a card in the box.
