Well I have a very time sensitive package. In fact its live plant. I even upgraded to the priority mail to ensure its safe passage through these cold months, I also included a 72 hour heat pack to go with this item to ensure its safe travel. I see here that the package has been pending acceptance for those 72 hours in your Fort Lauderdale facility making that heat pack no longer active when it ship through the cold but it may also die in the extreme heat of the Florida climate but also the heat pack. Ive tried calling many times this morning with no answer. you pooped the bed again. If it arrives dead I am certainly activating insurance. Thanks a bunch.
