Edgemoor PO won’t answer the phone.
I have been trying to reach the Edgemoor P.O. for 2 days and no one will answer the phone! I started Saturday, December 16, 2017 with the calling. Someone picked up the phone and then hung up. I started back calling again this morning, Monday, 18th.
I’m trying to track a package to make changes before it’s sent back to the company.
It’s probably too late now and I realize it’s the Holiday season, but isn’t answering the phone is part of your customer service? There’s no answering service provided to even leave a message!
