I received a message that a package was not delivered and was held at my request. This is completely false. I was home and the mail was delivered to the mailbox but they did not deliver the package. They did not even get out of the truck. I did not interact with anyone and did not request this. I do not have availability to pick up a package at the post office since I work out of the area and get home late. I paid for this product that they just did not feel like delivering. Now I have to try and get a refund for an undelivered item.

Today I was at the post office at 8 am and asked for help with a letter that was ready to send back to sender and the gray hair tall lady at the window had an attitude when I asked for help , that’s not the way to talk to customers and we all know how lazy she is , if she doesn’t like customer service she needs to find another job .
