Carbondale, Il has one of the worst postal services I have had. Always forgetting packages or not delivering them and having to drive down the road to get my mail from them. Been going on since I moved here. When you call to ask anything or updates, they are beyond rude. I was in person this past weekend and the workers were arguing in front of customers. Another time I had to drive down the road a few houses to get the package they didnt drop off, another mail carrier pulled up and both were cussing and throwing a fit and rude but they had my package and I got it at least. They are just rude and horrible here, the managers/supervisors and the workers.
