This is the worst PO. There is no . . .none . . customer service. They take into consideration nothing. So house was put on snow hold bc the delivery person can’t reach . . .ok . .it is someone perspective so went to the PO on Saturdays to pick it up. No problem . . . .they decided to send mail back bc they deemed it as vacant. No notice . . Nothing. This place needs a change in management and employees. Only two people work there that seem to care that the people. . .yes. . The people are customers. Unfortunately some things still come in the mail as well as utility notices etc but they determined nobody lives there even though you show up each Saturday asking for your mail till the snow melts next to your mail box.
This PO has such a bad reputation why. . .why is nothing done. Filed a complaint thru the USP. Never have dealt with such a place that treats people like they do.
Hopefully someone reads this that can do something. And the Post Master will never return an email complaint.
