I called several several times this location at Brush Prairie and they never answered . I finally drove there (11/16 at 2pm) and the Clerk Lady ( blonde curly hair) took 15 mins to come help me … mind nobody was there. I had some paperworks I wanted her to look at as I m not receiving my package and she didn’t even come close to the counter and me to look at it . She said my package wasn’t there . How does she know without looking at my papers i wondered ???obviously she didn’t want to help me .
I also receive text message updates on my package and it keeps saying its there in Brush Prairie yet no help . I had other post offices clerks in Camas call to help me retrieve my package ( the package has correct name, street and city but wrong zip code. Camas clerks were super nice and tried calling and emailing that location with no answer ) but they never heard back from her/them . This morning I got another text message saying my package was in Brush Prairie out for delivery ( all week has been saying this when I would get a text ) yet no notification of change of zip code to Camas .
This said I was shock by the level of rudeness , lack of support received by the clerk . I know it’s Christmas time and things are crazy but if a package keep getting scanned in and out same place and clerk doesn’t help me when I trying to get it In person . Nor offer any solutions. My package was sent to me 9/30/21 and it’s 11/27/2021 and it’s still not in my hands . Granted it was international but still frustrating when is so close to home but no answers from that post office
