Since this PO changed delivery staff routes, we have not had good service. My other half has physically gone in to get missing deliveries or wrong deliveries fixed 2 times in the last 3 weeks. Yesterday, a package that was supposed to come to our private mailbox/left on our front porch — I am handicapped & we have approved delivery that way — ended up in the big multiple mailbox site on Rickard Road ALONG WITH SOMEONE ELSE’S MAIL:
1. Why does the carrier believes one box would have two addresses and, regardless of that, this package shouldn’t have been put out there especially since the other mail was delivered to the proper box at the end of our driveway;
2. We put the mail and the OTHER person’s mailbox’s address slip in the outgoing mail slot since we don’t have any idea which box it belongs to & the carrier needs to be let know so the mail doesn’t end up going back to the original sender;
3. I have tried to call 4 times, the phone rings 8 times then goes to the busy sound and there is no way to leave a message for a call back!
