Auburn Post Office Reviews

  1. The post office here in Auburn, IN 46706 refuses to deliver mail and says reasoning is because I’m blocking the mail box and we did take a picture of the truck and the distance from the mailbox and how it’s not parked in front and I called the Post Master and she told me “Good for You” when I stated I had the picture. I told her I’m 5 months pregnant and go to work first shift and my spouse works third which is why he parks there. I park in the driveway. It’s a new small road that was recently built in a apartment complex. 4 people aren’t receiving bills/mail/w-2s and getting things shut off because of it. When I explained this to the post master her response was “So that’s not my problem” she was hostile the entire time on the phone and kept twisting my words and telling me she’s gonna hang up because I told her I I’d have to pull up there with an escort(police) and she said it was considered a threat and I won’t be receiving any mail ever. With her attitude/hostility I am stunned she works for such a strict customer service providing company. Not to mention as a manger. We have lived here since July and never had a problem with how we parked until now, and without notice they just stopped everyone’s mail. We moved our vehicle to the end of the street quite a ways down for now but we can’t park there because of trash/construction/and other delivery companies that turn around there. This post master definitely should be replaced for giving that sort of customer service/attitude/hostility. I understand there are rules that they can’t exit the vehicle except I guess for packages… I just don’t have any other options for our vehicle which is what I was trying to explain to her but she wouldn’t allow me to speak. Laura the “Post Master” needs to find other employment since customer service clearly isn’t for her.

  2. Postal Worker LISA threatened my 18 year old grandson on 8-15-19 for coming in and asking for his package that the USPS tracking info said had been delivered to the Auburn In. Post Office. She told him he better not come in and ask for the package AND she told him that she would STOP him from doing so!!!! This is clearly a lawless renegade postal worker who thinks she is beyond reproach. However, I want to see her threaten the POST MASTER GENERAL.

  3. I recently had my mail transferred to the Auburn Indiana Post Office. The day I changed my mailing address; I was welcomed by the Postal Employee to also have packages sent to the Post Office. I was happy with this information as I and my Family order a lot through Amazon and so forth. However, when we track our packages and the tracking information gives us the time and date that our package has been delivered to the Auburn Indiana post office; Postal worker LISA and postal worker BROOK are very nasty and REFUSE to give us our packages!!! They always say oh, it hasn’t been sorted yet. Sorry, come back tomorrow. While a couple of other Auburn IN. postal employees: have gladly walked back and picked up our package and handed it over the counter To us in less than 3 minutes. My family and I are always treated very rudely by LISA and BROOK and the third nasty postal employees name I will get. I am going to the POST MASTER GENERAL with my complaint. I will get action. And they will change their attitudes towards the public or find new careers.
