Ordered our free covid test kits. Address was correct. Tracking said they were out for delivery, but we never got them. They weren’t delivered with our mail. Next day tracking said they were returned to sender for no reason. Lazy workers? This happened before with another item.
P.O. Box mail not being “delivered”. Monday, Oct. 11, 2021, was a post office holiday, so no mail was expected in the p.o. box before 11 on Tuesday. There was no mail in the box on Wed. or Thurs. mornings. We typically get quite a bit of mail daily – our box is usually full. The last several months it’s been hit or miss on mail in our p.o. box. If you aren’t going to service the p.o. boxes daily, you should give a notice to the holders of the boxes & reduce the fees charged for the box.
We have a major problem with our Premium Forwarding Services online and West Bloomfield Post Office does not answer the phone to solve the problem
