We have never in 35 years of business in St. John had such poor service. We may see delivery of our mail once a week. I call to check and see if they are holding our mail for some reason and am told no that there is no mail for us there. Not an hour later and we get a delivery of mail that is obviously many days worth of mail. It is the middle of July and we received a catalog for the month of June. Every envelope was dated June 30, July 1, July 2. It was delivered to us today, July 14th. Most of the bills are now due in a day from now. Our bank statement was received today, dated June 30th and the bank is less than a quarter mile from our business yet it took 14 days to get to us. The delivery person doesn’t even take the mail we have in our outbound mail tray. We have never seen the same person more than a few days. It’s a real joke and really sad that what was once consistent service is now almost laughable. We are sick of it and unfortunately there is nothing we can do, we get what we get. I don’t see a place to give a rating but if I did do you think it would take my -10, that’s what they give us, minus ten service.
