TERRIBLE customer service. Never answer phone (called dozens of times). Reported missing mail in person at office where my name and digits were taken. NO follow up so far. Medical supplies were delivered to my mail box according to informed delivery app. Was not my mailbox. My neighbors box???
I have a missing package. I have tracking number and informed delivery says it was delivered at mailbox. Was not in my mailbox. I have tried calling the 37920 post office about 20 times!! No one ever answers phone. Came in to post office and clerk took my name and number, however no one has called me so far…. I need the contact lenses that were supposed to be delivered. Searches filed online with the post office have never located missing items for me. HELP please…

I am having trouble getting my light bill the past few months, 214 WEST Moody Ave. there is a 214 East Moody and I get their mail sometime; I need to get my mail.
I know the holidays are around but whoever runs the mail in the Tipton station area has been delivering the mail after dark at 6& 7 pm. And even getting mail mixed up also. I would appreciate it if something could be improved.
