The new mail lady that delivers mail to Wilmot Street and the surrounding area is the worst. She speeds down the street all the time, sometimes flying past houses only to come back around a little while later, again, speeding down the street. This afternoon as I walking towards my car that was parked on the street ( with plenty of room for her to reach my mailbox) and she pulled up, on the phone (hands free but talking very loud), clearly sees me, then proceeds to shove my mail into my mailbox and speed on to the next house almost hitting my car, putting my neighbors mail in their mail box then driving on to the next and leaving their mailbox open. I don’t normally complain but I am sick and tired of seeing her speed around the neighborhood. There is no reason whatsoever for her to be constantly speeding down a residential street or at all for that matter.
Why does your mail delivery often mangle my issues of Sky & Telescope magazine? There is no excuse for this mistreatment of my mail.

Past couple of week, I am very dissatisfied your postal service.
I witnessed that mail carrier was very rush to pick up my mail in my mail box and took off. she dropped one of my mail into wet spot on side walk curve just below the mail box where water was running . One of my mail got partially wet. I tried to catch her but her car was too fast and she did not hear my calling.
Two days ago, one of my neighbor delivered my mail to my house which was wrongfully delivered by mail carrier to his house.
Yesterday, neighbor (5394 Mohave DR) package was delivered to my mail box.
Today, I dropped off this package to my neighbor house.
I appreciated your service during the COVID-19 crisis.
However, please be more attention and carefully reviewed address and name.
This is not the only current episodes. I have these experienced in the past as well.
My payment was late or I have never received my bills in the past.
I was just ignored due to I don’t have time for it.
It is frustrated that I can trust USPS or not.
